ADVISORY: Secretary of State Wayne Williams to participate in presidential primary news conference

DENVER, April 20, 2016 -- Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williams will join lawmakers on the west steps of the Capitol Thursday to announce legislation creating a presidential primary.

The proposal is backed by elected officials in both parties.

The news conference is scheduled for 2 p.m.
