Deputy Secretary Staiert decision on campaign finance petition for declaratory order

Denver, Colorado, February 6, 2014 - Deputy Secretary of State Suzanne Staiert today issued an agency decision in response to a petition for declaratory order regarding campaign finance. The Colorado Republican Party submitted a petition for declaratory order (PDF) on November 8, 2013. Deputy Secretary Staiert held a public hearing (WMA) on January 7, 2014  to take public comment on the petition. Written comments from the public were also taken into consideration.
