Order on Motion for Recusal in protest of Sen. Giron recall petition

Denver, July 3, 2013 – Deputy Secretary of State Suzanne Staiert today released the order denying the motion to recuse in the protest of the petition to recall Sen. Angela Giron (SD-3).
