Coffman Dismisses Douglas County’s Application for Sedalia Abandonment

Denver, January 11, 2008 – Today, Secretary of State Mike Coffman dismissed Douglas County’s application declaring the town of Sedalia as abandoned. As outlined in the Secretary’s order, Douglas County instructed the Secretary to take no action for 90 days. Following the expiration of the 90-day deadline, the Secretary dismissed the application.
