The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning the sentence for certain child sex assault offenses, and, in connection therewith, requiring a court to sentence an offender convicted of a class 3 or class 4 felony sexual assault on a child or sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust to an indeterminate to life term of incarceration and prohibiting a court from sentencing these offenders to only probation.      

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
