The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning matters related to a defendant’s release prior to trial, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting a court, without the consent of the district attorney, from releasing on an unsecured personal recognizance bond a defendant who has not been convicted if the defendant is accused of committing a crime of violence, motor vehicle theft, or assault on a peace officer and other specified conditions apply, and requiring in those cases that the court set bond in an amount of at least $10,000.
