The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning candidate access to the primary election ballot, and, in connection therewith, requiring candidates for U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, Colorado state legislature, and most state elected offices to collect signatures from affiliated or unaffiliated voters to petition onto the primary ballot and eliminating the use of political party nomination for candidates for these offices to be listed on the primary ballot.
The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

Single subject approved; staff draft amended; titles set.
The Board determined that the proposed initiative requires the addition of language to the Colorado Constitution; a 55% vote is required to pass.
