The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning removing criminal sanctions related to entheogenic plants and fungi for a person twenty-one years of age or older, and, in connection therewith, defining entheogenic plants and fungi as psilocybin, psilocin, ibogaine, mescaline, or dimethyltryptamine; allowing their possession, use, cultivation, production, sharing, giving away, and delivery by persons twenty-one years of age or older; allowing supervision, guidance, therapeutic, harm reduction, spiritual, or ot her support services related to their use; and prohibiting the sale of entheogenic plants and fungi.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
