The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
There shall be a reduction to the state sales and use tax by 0.34 percent, thereby reducing state revenue, which will reduce funding for state expenditures that include but are not limited tohealth and human services programs, K-12 education, and corrections and judicial operations, by an estimated $14,200,000 dollars in tax revenue for the first year and $14,900,000 dollars in tax revenue for the second year by a change to the Colorado Revised Statutes that reduces the state sales and use tax rate from 2.90 percent to 2.89 percent from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025.
