The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning a reduction in property tax assessment rates, and, in connection therewith, beginning with the property tax year commencing on January 1, 2023, reducing the residential assessment rate from 7.15% to 6.5% and reducing the assessment rate for all other property, excluding producing mines and lands or leaseholds producing oil or gas, from 29% to 26%.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
