The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning any voter initiative that affects property tax revenues of a local government, and, in connection therewith, requiring any such initiative to be decided only in a local election; prohibiting any such initiative from being submitted to a statewide vote; defining local government as any city, county, school district, special district, or any other district that relies on property taxes; and applying the local election requirement to initiatives to be voted on in the 2022 general election and future elections.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

Single subject approved (2-1, Conley dissented); staff draft amended; titles set.
The Board determined that this proposed initiative adds language to the Colorado Constitution and will require a 55% vote to pass.
