The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning the process by which candidates for elected office are placed on the ballot, and, in connection therewith, repealing the role of the political party assemblies as a method by which a candidate may be placed on an election ballot so that a candidate must collect signatures on a petition to be placed on an election ballot; and changing the required number of valid petition signatures necessary to place candidates on ballots.
