The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning redistricting in Colorado, and, in connection therewith, renaming the Colorado reapportionment commission as the Colorado redistricting commission; directing that the commission redistrict congressional districts in addition to state legislative districts; requiring that all commission members be appointed; requiring commission members to act in an impartial manner; creating prohibitions on commission members' holding elected office, office in a political party, or other government-related positions before and after service on the commission; and establishing and prioritizing the criteria the commission will apply in redrawing districts.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
