The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes to prohibit persons licensed to sell full-strength beer, wine, or liquor in sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises from employing a person who is under the age of 21 to work at or deliver from the licensed premises, and specifying that the prohibition does not apply to a licensed manufacturer, limited winery, brew pub, vintner's restaurant, distillery pub, or liquor or beer wholesaler.
