The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado Revised Statutes concerning contingent attorney fees, and, in connection therewith, limiting the amount of fees an attorney may receive on a contingent fee basis, requiring an attorney who is retained by a client on a contingent fee basis to disclose certain information regarding attorney fees, and allowing a client to sue his or her attorney if the attorney fails to disclose the specified information.
