The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning health care choices, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting the state and its political subdivisions from requiring persons to participate in any public or private health care system and preserving the rights of persons to pay directly and in cash for lawful health care services and ensuring that persons have the right to purchase private health insurance products legal for sale in other states.
