The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning the suspension of any tax or fee imposed by the Colorado constitution on the transfer of real property, and, in connection therewith, in any year following a two-year period in which the statewide total real property actual valuation failed to increase by an average of 18% in each year, suspending any tax or fee imposed by the Colorado constitution on the transfer of real property for the following two calendar years.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
