Ballot Title Setting Board
2005-2006

The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning the election of state wildlife management officials, and, in connection therewith, dividing Colorado into nine districts; requiring the election of the voting members of the Colorado wildlife commission from such districts beginning in 2010; requiring the election of the director of the division of wildlife beginning in 2008; imposing qualification requirements and term limits of two terms on such officials; and specifying notification procedures regarding the candidates' qualifications.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
