The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning periodic renewal of referred voter approved increases in fiscal limitations under section 20 of article X, and, in connection therewith, requiring any such increase approved after 1992 to be renewed by voters at least every four years or, if the increase is specifically earmarked to repay certain bonded indebtedness, at least every ten years, and specifying that any increases not renewed by voters revert to the original limits.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
