The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning decision-making about medical treatment for adults who cannot provide informed consent to or refusal of such treatment, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting the general assembly from restricting the rights under current law of adults, their families, and other interested persons to direct the manner and extent of medical treatment for adults who lack the decisional capacity to provide informed consent to or refusal of such treatment.
