The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning protection from demonstrations at funerals and memorial services, and, in connection therewith, specifying the areas and persons to which the protection applies, specifying the demonstrations affected, and establishing time and distance restrictions on demonstrations at funerals.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
