The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning modifications to the requirements to increase state funding for public education from preschool through the twelfth grade, and, in connection therewith, repealing the required additional one percentage point increase above inflation for the statewide base per pupil funding under the "Public School Finance Act of 1994", repealing the required increase in total state funding for all categorical programs, and allowing the statutory definition of “statewide base per pupil funding” to be amended for purposes of the required inflationary increase in the statewide base per pupil funding.
