Ballot Title Setting Board

The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning voter approval before expansion of certain types of gambling at racetracks is permitted, and, in connection therewith, prohibiting the use of slot machines or video lottery terminals at any dog or horse track unless the use of such devices is first specifically approved at a general election by a majority of voters casting ballots on the measure in the county in which the dog track or horse track is located, and then is ratified at the subsequent general election by a majority of statewide voters casting ballots on the measure.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
