The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning the election of state wildlife management officials, and, in connection therewith, requiring the election of the director of the division of wildlife every six years, establishing the composition of the wildlife commission, requiring the election of the wildlife commissioners every four years from nine newly created geographic districts, setting qualifications for commissioner and director candidates, and requiring public notification of the hunting and fishing experience of such candidates.
