The IRS Exempt Organizations Division has published its FY 2012 Annual Report and FY 2013 Workplan (PDF). The Workplan gives a clearer picture of the many parts that make up an exempt organization compliance project. It also gives a better sense of which elements the IRS will be working on in FY 2013.
