List of Toll Road and Toll Highway Companies

Pursuant to section 7-45-101 (2) of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the following list reflects each Toll Road or Toll Highway Company ("Company”) for which a filed formation document has been recorded by the Colorado Secretary of State. The filed formation document identifying the entity as either a Toll Road or a Toll Highway Company and records for any listed Company may be accessed by selecting the “Search business database” option found under the Business Organization Information column of the Business Division web site. A search may be performed by entering either the Entity ID number or the Entity Name as listed below. The Company’s filed formation document and other recorded documents can be found under the Entity’s History and Documents page which is accessed from the Entity’s Summary page.
