The Secretary of State will be eliminating postcard notifications effective January 1, 2012. Elimination of postcards is a cost-savings measure that should result in an estimated annual savings of $223,000. 

In place of postcard notifications, we recommend that you take advantage of our e-mail notification service.  The Secretary of State’s online filing system has been modified to make subscription to e-mail notifications easier.  An option to subscribe while filing a Periodic Report is available, and further enhancements to the system will be added in the coming months.
