Terminology Change from "Annual Report" to "Periodic Report"

Effective August 11, 2010, all references to “Annual Report” were changed to “Periodic Report”.  The Periodic Report form is the same as the previous “Annual Report” form.  Links to the Periodic Report form can be found in the same locations where Annual Reports appeared previously. 

The report filing requirement is unaffected by the change in terminology.  An entity’s Periodic Report due date will be the same as the previous Annual Report due date. 

To access the Periodic Report form, go to the Business Home page and select “File a Periodic Report”. 

The change in terminology was required by Colorado House Bill 10-1403, which became effective on August 11, 2010.
