The Secretary of State's Office will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2009, in observance of the Christmas Holiday. The office will reopen at 8:00 AM on Monday, December 28, 2009.

As an alternative to in-person service, the Business Division of the Secretary of State’s Office offers many of our services online. Access to these online services is ordinarily available between the hours of 3:30 AM to 1:30 AM, except for periods of unscheduled maintenance, calendar year-end reprogramming, and occasional unexpected outages beyond our control.
