The Secretary of State's office will be closed on November 27, 2008, and November 28, 2008, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
As an alternative to in-person service, the Business Division offers many of our services online, often at a reduced fee. Access to these online services is ordinarily available around-the-clock except for periods of scheduled maintenance, including calendar year-end reprogramming, and during occasional unexpected outages beyond our control.
The 2008 Thanksgiving holiday falls on the last weekend of the month. To ensure a filing is timely and in order to avoid other possible delays, such as the unavailability of a particular web application or other technical difficulties, please allow sufficient time before any applicable filing deadlines to file.
