The Business Division’s online filing for Secured Transactions (UCC and EFS) documents will be unavailable from 6:00 p.m., M.D.T., Monday, July 31, 2006 until 7:00 a.m., M.D.T., Tuesday, August 1, 2006. The Business Organization services will not be affected.

This scheduled closure is necessary to add a $3.00 surcharge to each electronic or paper Uniform Commercial Code (UCC and EFS) filing pursuant to House Bill 06-1347. We appreciate your understanding during these interruptions.

Any secured transaction online filing must be completed (payment must be submitted and accepted) prior to 6:00 p.m., M.D.T. Monday, July 31, 2006 or the transaction will be terminated.
