On Wednesday, October 6, 2004, the Business Division will Web-enable online filings of:

• Certificate of limited partnership
• Combined certificate of limited partnership and statement of registration as a LLLP
• Statement of registration as a LLP
• Statement of registration as a LLLP
• Statement of trade name
• Reservation of name

For a limited time, the introductory processing fee for filing online is 99¢!

To file a certificate of limited partnership, combined certificate of limited partnership and statement of registration as a LLLP, statement of registration as a LLP, statement of registration as a LLLP, or a reservation of name online for 99¢,

1. Visit the Business Division’s Homepage, http://www.sos.state.co.us/, then click on "Business Center";
2. On our Homepage, refer to the column labeled “BUSINESS INFORMATION” and click on “File a business document (Take me to forms)”;
3. On the “File a Document” page, click on name of the document you wish to file;
4. On the “Name Availability Search” page, enter the exact entity name that you propose to use, including designators if applicable; and
5. If the proposed name is available, complete the rest of the form and follow the onscreen instructions.

To file Statement of Trade Name online for 99¢,

1. Visit the Business Division’s Homepage, http://www.sos.state.co.us/, then click on "Business Center";
2. On our Homepage, refer to the column labeled “BUSINESS INFORMATION” and click on “File a business document (Take me to forms)”;
3. On the “File a Document” page, click on 'File a document affecting an existing Secretary of State record';
4. Search for the entity you wish to find;
5. Confirm the entity;
6. On the “Information on File” page, click on “File a Document” located near the bottom of the page;
7. On the “Documents Available for Filing” page, click on “Statement of Trade Name”; and
8. Complete the form and follow the onscreen instructions.

You may pay the 99¢ processing fee either by credit card, or by using a prepaid account. If filing a combined certificate of limited partnership and statement of registration as a LLLP, a statement of registration as a LLP, or a statement of registration as a LLLP, you may obtain a free certificate of good standing online immediately upon confirmation of filing!
