| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the Director adopting new rules for the (new) Office of Radon Professionals on an emergency basis, is to implement Colorado House Bill 21-1195 (Concerning the regulation of radon professionals, and with connection therein, requiring licensure to practice as a radon measurement professional or radon mitigation professional). The effective date of this bill is July 1, 2022. |
