Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The emergency rules extend prior-adopted emergency rules in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to maintain alignment with Executive Orders issued by the Governor and to limit exposure and mitigate harm caused by COVID-19 by allowing Licensees to implement "social distancing" measures consistent with CDC and CDPHE guidance; extend prior adopted emergency rules that established a process for reinstatement of expired regulated marijuana business licenses; and
implement HB20-1080, which eliminates residency requirements for employee licensees effective September 15, 2020. |
