Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider a proposal to revise Regulation Number 12. The changes are primarily administrative in nature. They are intended to clarify and make more transparent existing regulatory provisions, and to codify what the private shops have determined to be best practices for successful business operations for diesel emissions inspections. The changes also correct administrative errors and address specific fleet reporting and equipment requirements. |
